I have been practising Pilates for over 12 years. After two decades of teaching Dance and Physical Education in schools, I decided to retrain as a Pilates instructor, and I’ve now been teaching Pilates professionally since 2017.
I am a Stott © certified mat instructor and completed my Reformer teacher training with Lisa Bradshaw Pilates. I love combining my passion for teaching with helping others improve their physical and mental well-being.
I strongly believe Pilates is the ultimate form of exercise to help strengthen, lengthen and tone the body and also an invaluable tool to assist during rehabilitation.
The awareness you feel from connecting mind and body throughout your Pilates practice can help alleviate some of the stresses and strains of modern-day life.
I have seen Pilates do amazing things for my clients and I’m excited to share the
