FRESH START - January 2025

IB Pilates recently released a 7 day series of 20 mins online Pilates classes for FREE for the first week in January! 

On 7th January, all the classes were transferred to a closed Facebook group and for just £5, anyone is able to access the classes for the remainder of the month.
